I loved this competition, even though I was sort of "put aside" since I won the first section against 4 other builders and thus couldn't try for the other 4 sections :-)

What stunned me most was that AFTER I won, I realised that up to some point, the higher you land on the U-ramp after the rotating jump in my part, the bigger the speed gain for the next 270 degree wallride - speed 380 is possible...

Adding Scenery to this hell of a track was a tough nut to break - with 5000 coppers already laid, and 6000 being the recommended "max", I had to restrain myself to only "light" support system for all the big U-ramps and loops; still, it should look like a raceway where paying visitors are watching with their cameras ready for the best shot.

Then came the task to add the MT; Since GPS was an obvious choice for showing the track, I aimed for introducing the builders in the intro, and giving a little impression of how the track spans from corner to corner.

In-game MT wasn't very difficult, except for the GPS - With 1:16 or so racing time, the GPS had to run at about double speed to be viewable online and still giving the racer chance to actually play the track. I tried using several "zoom" effects to cut here and there, so hopefully you won't get too confused.

Creating the outro for this one was fun - Insane, Hophead, Danger and Madslash all made very cool parts which fortunately provided enough space for longer static views - since fast changing outro may be cool for the one who finished the race, but it's extremely chaotic for those who observe a race; that's why I tend to use longer static-camera pictures, with only few linear or circular camera movements from time to time.

All in all, Scott is the man with organizing talent which he proves whenever he starts or takes a project like this and brings it to successful (hopefully) end.

And Blither - you're the man with sign-making genes in your blood. I predict you'll get a good job in gaming industry with such skills

BTW, if anyone is interested in learning how to do MT stuff, send me a PM - I can help.

Thanks Alcator.

Guys, this track is possibly ATP's finest BTW. I immensely enjoyed the chance to play it solo over and over before it went live! Great job by the whole team! 8)

Tough track, but nice. Doesn't flow as well as others, but that is to be expected when differnt people build different parts of the track.
